Job Description: The Branch Manager-I role is a senior-level leadership position within our most prominent branches. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and financial health of the branch. You will manage complex portfolios, oversee large-scale operations, and drive the adoption of new digital banking products within your district.

Your role is to act as a mentor and a visionary. You will be tasked with developing the next generation of banking talent while ensuring that your branch remains a leader in customer satisfaction and operational accuracy. Your impact will be measured by your ability to navigate market challenges and turn them into opportunities for the bank and its customers.

Siinqee Bank is committed to the long-term professional growth of its senior leaders. As a Branch Manager-I, you will be at the highest tier of branch management (Grade XII), with direct pathways into district management and corporate leadership. Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.

Work Experience A total of 6 years of general experience is required for BA holders, and 5 years for MBA/MA holders. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager, Manager of Banking Operation Management II, Customer Service Manager II, or an equivalent senior position in the banking industry.

Job Location This position is currently available at the Sirka Branch under the Adama District.

Employment Type and Salary This is a Permanent position. The salary and benefits are at the top tier of the organization, provided as per the bank’s scale for Job Grade XII.
