Job Description
The Branch Manager I is responsible for leading and managing branch operations.
The role ensures high-quality customer service, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
The manager will supervise branch staff, set performance goals, and support business growth.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Work Experience
A minimum of seven years of professional banking experience is required.
At least one year must be as a Customer Services Manager or in an equivalent leadership role.
