Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for branch operations; plan and execute business development strategies to achieve deposit, credit, and revenue targets; ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management; oversee credit administration, risk management, and internal controls; ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank policies; lead, mentor, and evaluate branch staff; strengthen community and stakeholder engagement to enhance the Bank’s market presence.
Job Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or other related business fields; a minimum of eight years relevant banking operations experience, of which at least two years must be in a Branch Manager position; strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills; proven ability to drive branch performance and manage risk effectively.
