Job Description: As a Branch Manager, you are the chief executive of your branch. Your primary responsibility is to drive the strategic growth of the branch by expanding the customer base, managing financial portfolios, and ensuring operational excellence. You will represent Siinqee Bank within the community, building relationships that foster trust and long-term partnership.
This is a high-impact role that requires a balance of business development and operational oversight. You will be expected to lead by example, inspiring your staff to reach and exceed performance targets. Your success will be defined by the branch’s profitability, the quality of its service, and the professional growth of the team members under your guidance.

Educational Qualification: Applicants are required to have an MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Work Experience BA holders must have 5 years of general experience, while MBA/MA holders require 4 years of general experience in the banking industry. Crucially, all applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Manager of Banking Operation Management I, Customer Service Manager I, or an equivalent position.
