Job Description:

  • Lead branch teams to achieve operational and business targets.
  • Develop strategies for branch growth, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise staff, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the branch and senior management, representing the bank in community and business forums.

Educational Qualification:

  • MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Work Experience:

  • 5–7 years in banking with at least 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent core banking positions.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and financial analysis.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Newly to be opened Misho Branch (Jimma District).
