Job Description:
- Manage branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Mentor and guide branch staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational performance and branch profitability.
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, including:
- At least 1 year as Banking Business Manager (CSO), Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer), or
- 3 years as Jr. Branch Controller, Jr. CRO, or equivalent core banking positions.
