Job Description
Oromia Bank is currently inviting applications from qualified and competent external candidates for the position of Associate Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer.
This role is designed for young graduates who are interested in developing their careers in the banking and financial services industry. The position focuses on supporting branch operations while delivering high-quality customer service.
The Associate Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer will assist customers with banking transactions, provide information about banking products, and help promote the bank’s financial services. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing efficient customer support.

Employment Type and Salary
This is a full-time position with Oromia Bank.
Successful candidates will initially be employed under a probationary period. After satisfactory completion of the probation period, employees will be offered permanent employment.
