Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (Digital, Social Media, Email, Content, Events)
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience
• Manage and track marketing budgets and provide regular reports on performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Oversee social media strategy and execution, fostering engagement and community growth
• Plan and execute successful marketing events and promotional activities
• Manage and mentor junior marketing team members

Job Requirement:

• Education: A Master's Degree in marketing is mandatory with relevant work experience
• Experience: 10 years
