Job Summary
China Communication Construction Company is seeking skilled and experienced Mortar Workers to support masonry and construction works across its projects. The role focuses on preparing, applying, and maintaining mortar for brick, block, and stone construction while ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Mix and prepare mortar according to project specifications and technical requirements
• Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of mortar
• Apply mortar and accurately lay bricks, blocks, or stones
• Repair damaged masonry, fill cracks, and maintain joints
• Ensure workmanship meets quality, durability, and neatness standards
• Follow safety procedures and collaborate effectively with the construction team

Job Requirements
• College-level education
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in masonry or mortar work
• Strong skills in precise mixing and application of mortar for durable construction
• Ability to interpret basic construction instructions and specifications
