Educational Requirements
BA/BSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

Knowledge, Skills & Competence
Familiarity with ERP or digital stock management systems
Strong documentation and record control skills
Knowledge of warehouse and dispatch SOPs
Understanding of FIFO and stock movement principles
Basic computer skills including Excel and ERP data entry

Key Duties & Responsibilities
The Store Clerk will manage outbound dispatch to ensure all goods are delivered accurately and on time, while maintaining clear and precise documentation across ERP systems. The role involves performing routine stock reconciliations to verify accuracy, coordinating closely with customers and transport teams to guarantee smooth delivery processes, and upholding an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Additionally, the Store Clerk will prepare regular reports on stock movements and warehouse operations, supporting effective decision-making and overall warehouse efficiency.
