For roles such as the Paramedic Nurses, the package includes significant monthly allowances: 2,000 ETB for professional duty, 500 ETB for risk allowance, 500 ETB for milk/nutritional support, 1,250 ETB for housing, and 500 ETB for transport. This comprehensive approach ensures that our team members are well-compensated for the unique challenges and risks they undertake in the line of duty.
