Job Summary
The IT Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop highly skilled professionals who can become future successors within the Information Technology Office of the Bank. The program runs for one year, after which trainees are automatically reclassified to the next job level based on their selected specialization. Under close supervision of their Work Units Heads, Graduate Trainees assist with daily IT operations, contribute to improvement projects, support technology-driven initiatives, and gradually build the technical and cross-functional competencies required to work effectively within the Bank’s IT environment.
Job Requirements
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or other closely related fields. Eligible candidates must graduate in 2025 (G.C), have a minimum CGPA of 2.50, and score 50% or above on the national exit exam.
Key Competencies
Candidates should have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, familiarity with the Git version control system, and a strong ability to learn, adapt, and work with emerging technologies.
