About the Role
As a Graduate Design Engineer Trainee specializing in pipeline design for petrochemical and industrial projects, you will receive structured training, hands-on mentorship, and practical experience to develop technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in pipeline design, testing, and implementation.
Conduct analyses to support engineering decisions and project planning.
Collaborate with international and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
Prepare technical documentation and progress reports.
Learn and apply advanced design methods across assigned projects.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum GPA: 3.0 for males and 2.8 for females.
Graduates from AAU (AAIT), AASTU, ASTU, BDU, AMU (Arbaminch Campus only), MIT, MU, UU, and Chinese universities are highly encouraged to apply.
Basic Chinese language knowledge is an advantage.
Fresh graduates or up to 5 years of experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Archicad, Civil-3D, Infraworks is desirable.
Commitment to work with the organization for at least three years after completing a one-year training program.
Willingness to work overtime and travel abroad when required.

Training Program
Duration: 1 year (fully equipped with tools, facilities, and salary).
Post-training employment: 3 years minimum commitment.
