Position 1: Sales Agent
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or a similar role is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Position 2: Graphics Designer
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of web design principles and experience with both print and digital media is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Position 3: Research Editor
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
Full proficiency in written and spoken English.
Strong time management, communication, and leadership skills.
Minimum one year of relevant research or similar experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.

Position 4: Reporters
Requirements:
Strong passion for journalism and commitment to the profession.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Fluency in English.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
Attention to detail and critical thinking.

Position 5: Assignment Editor
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or related Social Sciences.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; Amharic proficiency is an added advantage.
Strong time management, communication, and leadership skills.
At least one year of relevant experience.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Position 6: Editor-in-Chief
Required Qualifications:
Full fluency in English and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in content and production management, content and copyediting, and team leadership.
Strong writing, analytical, and editorial judgment skills.
Ability to craft compelling cover stories and coordinate strategic special reports.
Deep understanding of the business sector.

Position 7: Deputy Editor-in-Chief
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Editorial experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and social media.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and strong background in writing and research on policy matters, especially monetary and fiscal policies.

Position 8: Creative Art Director
Qualifications:
Training in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of five years in a senior design role, preferably in media or publishing.
Proven experience managing creative teams with strong leadership skills.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and multimedia.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work late hours, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
