Job Description and Strategic Impact
The position of ERCS-SRC Migration Zonal Project Coordinator is a strategically significant role designed to address the multifaceted challenges faced by returnees and host communities in the Jimma Zone. As a coordinator, you will lead the implementation of the ERCS-Swedish Red Cross Migration Project, an initiative funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). Your work will involve managing integrated services that include livelihoods support, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), and social cohesion initiatives, directly influencing the recovery and self-reliance of those most in need.

Educational Qualification: BA or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Community Development, Conflict Management, Development Studies, or other related Social Science fields
Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years for BA holders or 5 years for Master’s Degree holders of relevant professional experience in humanitarian organizations, NGOs, or development programs
