1. Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Banking or Microfinance sector.
Required Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Job Location: Addis Ababa / Bahir Dar Branch.
Required Number: 2.
2. Branch Cashier
Educational Qualification: Level 4 completion or above in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience: 2 years of experience, preferably in the Banking or Microfinance sector.
Required Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
Job Location: Bahir Dar Branch.
Required Number: 2.
3. Senior Internal Auditor
Educational Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in the Microfinance or Banking sector.
Required Skills: Mandatory experience in audit report writing.
Job Location: Addis Ababa / Bahir Dar Branch.
Required Number: 1.
4. Branch Manager
Educational Qualification: BA and above in Marketing, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory position within the Banking or Microfinance sector.
Required Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
Job Location: Addis Ababa / Bahir Dar Branch.

5. Senior Business Development & Marketing Officer
Educational Qualification: MA/BA in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience: 2 years of experience for MA holders or 4 years for BA holders, preferably in the financial sector.
