The opportunity to implement and manage technology in a lodge environment provides a unique skill set that combines traditional IT management with the agility required for field-based technical leadership.
The strategic impact of the IT Executive cannot be overstated. By maintaining efficient system performance, you directly contribute to the lodge’s operational continuity and brand reputation. Your work ensures that the digital tools used by staff and the connectivity enjoyed by guests meet international hospitality standards, making Ethiopia a more attractive destination for global eco-tourists.
Ultimately, this role is about enabling connection. Whether it is ensuring the security of financial transactions or maintaining the communication links between the lodges and the head office, your expertise keeps the organization running like a well-oiled machine.
