Job Description:
The Zonal Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and guiding the implementation of JEOP Area Program operations in North Gondar. The role ensures that all projects under the Zonal office are executed efficiently, in compliance with donor requirements, and aligned with organizational policies and procedures. This position provides strategic direction, managerial support, and proactive coordination with stakeholders to promote successful project outcomes.
The Zonal Manager will work closely with project managers to monitor progress, integrate activities across multiple projects, and support capacity-building initiatives. The role involves active engagement with government authorities, NGOs, and community partners to maintain strong collaboration, facilitate communication, and promote FH Ethiopia’s mission and values.

Educational Qualification:

Work Experience:
Candidates should have at least five years of relevant managerial experience, preferably within an NGO or humanitarian context. Previous experience with JEOP programs or similar emergency response initiatives is highly desirable. The role requires a proactive personality, the ability to complete tasks on time, and experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders.

Employment Type and Salary:
