Job Description:
The Liaison Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder engagement for FH Ethiopia’s JEOP Early Warning and Nutrition Response programs. The position involves coordinating internal office administration, logistics, asset management, and fostering strong relationships with external partners, government bodies, vendors, and community representatives. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with organizational policies, and timely execution of program objectives.
The coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for government and non-government stakeholders, attend cluster meetings, and actively participate in technical working groups and forums. The role also involves analyzing data for operational improvements, maintaining assets, facilitating payments, and supporting emergency response initiatives. The incumbent will contribute to program success by strengthening communication channels and ensuring smooth information flow between field teams and regional coordination structures.

Educational Qualification:

Work Experience:
Relevant experience in NGO operations, preferably in JEOP programs or similar humanitarian and development projects, is highly desirable. Candidates should have a proactive personality and the ability to complete tasks efficiently. Experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders and coordinating complex projects will be an asset.

Safety and security responsibilities include training staff in First Aid, Fire Safety, and Defensive Driving, and ensuring all personnel adhere to established safety procedures.
