Job Description

The Surveillance Officer is responsible for identifying and tracking attachable properties belonging to defaulters and liable persons. This role is critical for the bank’s ability to recover outstanding debts through legal and enforcement actions. You will work diligently to search for and spot assets that can be used to settle outstanding financial obligations.

This position involves a high degree of investigative work, focusing on cases related to foreclosure and debt litigation. The Surveillance Officer must be skilled in gathering information and providing accurate reports that support the bank’s legal department in its enforcement efforts. Your work is a key part of the bank’s risk management and asset protection strategy.

In this role, you will handle sensitive information and conduct investigations that require a high level of professionalism and discretion.
