Job Description

The Foreclosure Officer is tasked with managing intricate legal proceedings and court cases related to debt recovery and loan litigation. This role is essential for representing the bank in various tribunals and handling criminal cases that impact the bank’s financial health. You will be responsible for ensuring that all legal actions are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the law.

In addition to litigation, this position requires the proactive identification of emerging trends in loan defaults. By analyzing these trends, the Foreclosure Officer provides the bank with critical insights to mitigate future risks. Your work directly supports the bank’s ability to maintain a healthy loan portfolio and safeguard its financial resources from potential losses.

Educational Qualification

Work Experience

Applicants are required to have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant legal experience. It is mandatory that at least 3 years of this experience be within the banking sector to ensure familiarity with the specific legal challenges and regulatory requirements of the financial industry.
