Job Description
The Foreclosure Officer is tasked with managing intricate legal proceedings and court cases related to debt recovery and loan litigation. This role is essential for representing the bank in various tribunals and handling criminal cases that impact the bank’s financial health. You will be responsible for ensuring that all legal actions are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the law.
In addition to litigation, this position requires the proactive identification of emerging trends in loan defaults. By analyzing these trends, the Foreclosure Officer provides the bank with critical insights to mitigate future risks. Educational Qualification

Work Experience
