Job Description

Marie Stopes International Ethiopia is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join its team as a Senior Training and Quality Control Officer. This role plays a crucial part in strengthening clinical training systems and ensuring high standards of healthcare services within the organization.

The position reports directly to the Clinical Training Manager and focuses on improving the quality and effectiveness of reproductive health services delivered through MSIE clinics, outreach programs, social franchising networks, and partner facilities.

The Senior Training and Quality Control Officer will assess the training needs of clinical staff and design training programs that enhance their skills and knowledge. This ensures that healthcare professionals working within the organization are equipped to deliver high quality services.

One of the key responsibilities of the role is evaluating whether clinical standards, policies, and guidelines are properly implemented in service delivery points. Continuous monitoring helps maintain high levels of service quality across all facilities.

Educational Qualification
