Job Description:
The Senior Driver will be responsible for safely transporting company personnel, documents, and materials to various locations while ensuring strict adherence to traffic rules and company policies. The role involves regular vehicle maintenance, route planning, and timely reporting. This position is critical to the smooth operation of daily business activities and plays a direct role in supporting management and staff. Senior Drivers ensure reliability, punctuality, and safety, contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and professional image.
Educational Qualification:
- Completion of 12th Grade education.
- Possession of a 3rd Grade or equivalent driving license.
- A certificate or diploma in Auto Mechanics is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of six (6) years of proven and relevant driving experience, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent driving skills with a strong safety record.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and minor repairs.
- Strong time management and route planning abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discipline, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to handle confidential documents and maintain discretion.
