Job Description:
The Inspector I will be responsible for investigating traffic accidents, evaluating claims, and ensuring that incidents are accurately documented and reported. The role involves liaising with police authorities, clients, and internal departments to verify information, assess claims, and prevent fraudulent activities. This position is critical for maintaining the integrity of the company’s claims process and ensuring client satisfaction. It provides hands-on experience in insurance investigations, legal documentation, and risk assessment, contributing directly to organizational trust and operational efficiency.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Auto Mechanics, General Mechanic, Management, Law, Police Science, or a related field.
- Must possess a Grade 1 (Motor) driving license.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year of police experience as a traffic accident investigator or in related roles.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities.
- High level of discipline, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in documenting findings and preparing clear reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with law enforcement and internal teams.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
