Job Description
The Senior Procurement Engineer (Electrical) plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of electrical and MEP materials and systems.
This role is responsible for sourcing the best quality materials at the most competitive prices while adhering to project schedules.
The engineer will prepare tenders, float them to suppliers and subcontractors, and register new suppliers when needed.
A key part of the role is investigating the market for materials and services, analyzing technical and commercial data from bids, and recommending optimal suppliers.
The position supports site operations by ensuring that all materials and equipment are delivered on time to meet project deadlines.
The engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to coordinate procurement and delivery schedules.
This role directly impacts project success, efficiency, and the reputation of the organization in delivering quality results.
