Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Government Studies, Human Rights, Law, Project Management, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or related fields.

Degrees must be from an accredited institution.

Work Experience
Applicants with a Master’s degree must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree must have at least 7 years of relevant experience.
