Job Description
The Procurement Expert manages procurement processes that support election and administrative operations.

The role ensures timely and compliant purchasing of goods and services.

The expert supports planning, supplier selection, and contract management.

This position contributes to cost-effective and transparent resource use.

The role directly supports successful election delivery.

This position offers professional growth in public procurement systems.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Economics, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Marketing, or related fields.

Degrees must be from an accredited institution.

Work Experience
Applicants with a Master’s degree must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree must have at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures.

Understanding of inventory and supply chain best practices.

Strong negotiation and documentation skills.

Good organizational and analytical abilities.

High ethical standards.

Strong communication skills.

Jimma and South West Ethiopia REO (Bonga).

Employment Type and Salary
