Job Description:
- Lead branch teams to achieve operational and business targets.
- Develop strategies for branch growth, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise staff, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the branch and senior management, representing the bank in community and business forums.
Educational Qualification:
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- 5–7 years in banking with at least 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent core banking positions.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and financial analysis.
