Job Description:

  • Monitor and evaluate internal control systems to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct audits and prepare reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and training to branch staff on internal control policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement best practices in financial and operational controls.
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial reporting and operational processes.

Educational Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, preferably as a Jr. Branch Controller, CSO, Jr. CRO, or equivalent core banking positions.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and risk management.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development.

Job Location:

  • Newly to be opened Misho Branch (Jimma District).
