Job Description:
- Monitor and evaluate internal control systems to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct audits and prepare reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Provide guidance and training to branch staff on internal control policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement best practices in financial and operational controls.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial reporting and operational processes.
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, preferably as a Jr. Branch Controller, CSO, Jr. CRO, or equivalent core banking positions.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and risk management.
- Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development.
