Job Description
The Senior Electrician – Fleet is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all electrical systems of the company’s fleet vehicles.
This role ensures the reliability of electrical components, lighting systems, starters, sensors, and onboard electronics.
The position plays a key role in reducing breakdowns and supporting safe, efficient fleet operations.
Educational Qualification
Diploma (10+3/Level IV) in:
- Auto Electricity
- Auto Mechanics
- Automotive Technology
- Mechanical Engineering
- General Mechanics
- Or a related field
Work Experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as an Auto Electrician.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and wiring diagrams
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Safety awareness and attention to detail
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Driving license is an added advantage
