Job Description

The Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer will manage and maintain electromechanical systems across the Bank’s facilities.

The role ensures HVAC, elevators, generators, and electrical systems operate efficiently.

They will plan preventive maintenance schedules and supervise technical teams.

The engineer will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

They will also support new installations and system upgrades.

This role directly supports operational efficiency and staff safety.

Educational Qualification

M.Sc. or B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Work Experience

M.Sc. Degree holders: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
B.Sc. Degree holders: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Ability to supervise maintenance and technical teams.

Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations and system diagnostics.
