Job Description
The Graphics Designer will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our content across digital and print channels. This position is ideal for a creative professional passionate about graphic design, animation, and innovative storytelling. Duties and Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling content for social media, digital campaigns, print publications, presentations, and branding initiatives.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual compositions according to creative briefs.
- Create and maintain visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Prepare final design files for digital publishing and print production.
- Support video production with visual direction, motion graphics, and design assets.
- Integrate graphics, animations, and visual effects into multimedia content.
- Ensure all designs meet platform-specific standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce cohesive outputs.
- Manage assigned projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Revise designs based on feedback from internal teams or clients.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and safe archives of all creative files.
- Follow internal workflows, approval processes, and content schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional certifications in motion graphics, UI/UX, or multimedia design are considered an advantage.
Work Experience
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, Motion Designer, or in a similar creative role.
- 3–5 years of professional experience demonstrating strong design, animation, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in both print and digital media environments is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, animation, and visual storytelling capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
