Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate clinical and non-clinical members of the Mobile Health and Nutrition Team.
Ensure Medical Teams standards and national guidelines are implemented and adhered to in all clinic operations.
Plan and lead weekly and monthly MHNT activities and schedules.
Ensure quality data collection, reporting, and documentation.
Provide mentorship, supervision, and on-the-job training to team members.
Monitor service quality, clinical protocols, IPC practices, and patient-centered care.
Coordinate outreach, community awareness, and linkage between CHW and clinical programs.
Liaise with local health authorities, community leaders, and partners.
Manage medical and non-medical supplies and resource requests.
Represent the team in coordination meetings and forums when delegated.
Promote accountability, safeguarding, and adherence to MTI Code of Conduct and safeguarding policies.
Ensure a clean, safe, and secure working environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Medical Doctor or Health Officer qualification required.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in direct health service delivery.
At least 2 years’ experience managing health service operations.
Experience working with International NGOs is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of humanitarian and development contexts.
Fluency in local language(s) and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and representation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills.
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and travel to insecure or remote areas.
Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, integrity, and commitment to MTI mission and values.
Working Conditions
