Position 1: Executive Secretary (Deputy CEO)

Work Place: Head Office (HO)

Requirements

  • Education: BA in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience

Job Purpose

Under the supervision of the Chief Officer, the Executive Secretary provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Deputy CEO. The position involves managing office operations, coordinating internal and external communications, handling official correspondence and documentation, arranging meetings, and ensuring smooth and efficient executive office administration.

Position 2: Principal Brand Management Officer

Work Place: Head Office (HO)

Requirements

  • Education: BA in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant banking experience, including at least 1 year in a senior position

Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting the coordination and implementation of branding strategies. Ensures alignment with the Bank’s strategic goals, facilitates promotional activities, supports marketing budget preparation, and conducts market research to enhance brand visibility and positioning.

Position 3: Head, Social Media Section

Work Place: Head Office (HO)

Requirements

  • Education: BA in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, including at least 3 years in social media management (Telegram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms)

Job Purpose

Leads and manages the Bank’s social media presence to expand market share. Oversees digital promotional campaigns, strengthens online engagement, and ensures consistent and effective brand communication across all social media platforms.

Position 4: Manager, Brand Management Division

Work Place: Head Office (HO)

Requirements

  • Education: MA or BA in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Experience: 6–8 years relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a senior position

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand management strategies. Oversees branding campaigns, manages brand identity across all channels, analyzes market trends, and ensures consistency, effectiveness, and impact of brand initiatives.
