• ECMA is an autonomous federal regulatory authority established by Capital Market Proclamation No. 1248/2021.
• Its mandate is to ensure an orderly, fair, and efficient capital market.
• ECMA licenses entities to operate as securities and derivative exchanges, security depositories and clearing companies, capital market service providers, over-the-counter trading facilities, and other regulated activities.
Position Purpose
• Handle receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials, consumables, and fixed assets in the central store.
• Ensure proper stock control, accurate records, safe storage, and timely reporting in accordance with the Property Administration Manual.
Qualification Requirements
• Diploma / Level IV in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Management experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive and check goods against purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists; verify quantity, quality, and condition.
• Issue materials, consumables, and fixed assets using authorized Store Requisition forms.
• Safely store and safeguard all materials, consumables, spare parts, and fixed assets.
• Maintain store security against damage, theft, fire, moisture, and other hazards.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and orderly.
• Prepare and process store and asset documents (GRN, FARN, RMRN, SIV, FAIV, RMTN) for financial recording.
• Maintain and update bin cards and stock records according to stock movements.
• Properly file all store-related documents including receiving vouchers, issue vouchers, and delivery notes.
• Label, classify, and arrange materials on shelves and racks by type and category.
• Assist in setting and monitoring maximum and minimum stock levels.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in year-end inventory counts.
• Prepare and submit periodic store reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
