Job Description:
- Lead and manage trade marketing and sales distribution strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders
- Develop and mentor high-performing sales teams
- Drive results and implement performance-oriented initiatives
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business; postgraduate in Sales & Marketing is a plus
- 8+ years experience in sales distribution management (2+ years managerial)
- Knowledge of business finance principles
