Job Summary
  • Under the direct supervision of the Human Capital Development Division Manager, the Senior Human Capital Development Expert leads and coordinates capacity building activities across the Society.
  • Contributes to policy formulation, systems improvement, organizational development, and human resource development strategies.
  • Participates in capacity building assessments, HRD strategy development, and organizational development studies.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote a learning-oriented organizational culture in collaboration with the Human Capital Development team
  • Participate in planning and implementation of staff development and systems improvement activities
  • Contribute to development and revision of manuals, policies, procedures, and systems
  • Identify system gaps and recommend solutions in collaboration with relevant work units
  • Support development and implementation of HR training and development policies and frameworks
  • Ensure capacity building components are integrated into projects, programs, and annual plans
  • Prepare, review, and implement leadership and staff competency frameworks
  • Conduct training needs assessments and design strategic staff development plans
  • Plan, organize, facilitate, and monitor leadership and staff training programs at HQ and branch levels
  • Design and implement human development initiatives including on-the-job and long-term training
  • Participate in action research, coaching, mentoring, peer learning, and organizational culture change initiatives
  • Promote teamwork, internal communication, and horizontal integration across the organization
  • Document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned in capacity building
  • Support integration of appropriate technologies to enhance organizational efficiency
  • Participate in performance management system development and improvement
  • Promote innovative learning approaches such as e-learning and knowledge resource centers
  • Participate in organizational assessments and capacity development planning
  • Support development of HR management, appraisal, and reward systems
  • Develop capacity building materials and facilitate tailored training and technical assistance
  • Facilitate networking and stakeholder experience-sharing events
  • Strengthen coordination and interaction between Head Office and Branches
  • Lead capacity building initiatives for governance and volunteers at branch level
  • Support branches in program design, resource mobilization, reporting, and M&E
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze staff turnover issues
  • Provide ongoing support for staff skills and capability development
  • Support competency-based curriculum development and implementation
  • Work with the M&E team to assess training impact and post-training follow-up
  • Perform other related organizational development duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Second or First Degree in one of the following fields:

Experience
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience
