Position: Sales Officer
Work Unit: Sales Department
Reports To: Sales Manager
Place of Work: Addis Ababa

TradeEthiopia Group is seeking sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officers to support and expand company sales activities. The role focuses on customer engagement, sales growth, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
- Inform customers about company promotions and offers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer appointments, and complaints
- Identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to reach target audiences effectively
- Analyze competitors’ products, features, and market performance
- Provide feedback to product development teams for improvement
- Prepare accurate sales and expense reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Zero (0) years of working experience required
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with diverse teams and customers
- Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
