Job Summary
The Market Research Officer will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, translate insights into actionable product concepts, and support both the development of new products and enhancement of existing offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and unmet needs.
Monitor industry developments, technological advancements, and shifts in consumer behavior.
Analyze customer preferences, pain points, and purchasing behavior to inform product solutions.
Translate research findings into product concepts, feature enhancements, and value propositions.
Develop detailed product concepts with clear target audience, key features, and business cases.
Ensure product requirements align with market needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
Use performance data to guide future product development cycles and strategic decisions.

Education
Bachelors in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, or related field.

Experience
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in market research or product development.
