Finance, Logistics and Administration Officer (Maternity Cover)

Job Summary
World Vision is seeking a qualified Finance, Logistics and Administration Officer to cover a maternity leave position starting January 12, 2026. The role will run for up to four months, with a possibility of extension. The position supports the Area Program (AP) in financial planning, budgeting, procurement follow-up, and overall administrative and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Support annual planning and budgeting processes
  • Monitor budget utilization and financial performance
  • Ensure proper financial documentation and reporting
  • Support financial oversight and compliance with organizational policies

Logistics & Procurement

  • Follow up on AP procurement requests and processes
  • Ensure timely purchasing, delivery, and documentation
  • Manage asset and inventory records
  • Support logistics planning and coordination

Administration

  • Support general office administration activities
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams and service providers
  • Support compliance with organizational procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Relevant work experience in finance, logistics, or administration
  • Knowledge of NGO financial and procurement systems is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
