Job Summary
Walia Steel Industry is seeking an experienced Site Engineer Manager / Construction Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and complete G+25 high-rise building projects. The role ensures compliance with approved designs, quality standards, safety regulations, schedules, and budgets, requiring strong leadership and expertise in RCC high-rise construction.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction of high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
Supervise RCC works: foundations, shear walls, columns, slabs, and formwork.
Review and implement structural and architectural drawings.
Coordinate MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting).
Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure material testing.
Enforce HSE policies and compliance with building regulations and labor laws.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and productivity.
Monitor costs, material usage, and RA bills.
Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Job Requirements
Education
BSc in Civil Engineering.
MSc or MBA in Construction Management is preferred.
Experience
10–18 years in building construction.
5–7 years in high-rise projects (G+20 and above).
Skills and Competencies
Strong RCC construction knowledge.
Familiarity with IS Codes, NBC, and local regulations.
Experience with tower cranes, batching plants, and climbing formwork.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Excel.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors.
Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
Other Requirements
Willingness to stay on-site and work under pressure.
Knowledge of green building practices is preferred.
