Job Summary
Walia Steel Industry is seeking a Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and overall management across all group businesses. The CEO will drive growth, profitability, operational excellence, and governance while representing the group to key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement group-wide strategy aligned with Board objectives.
Oversee operations of all subsidiaries to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, and capital investment decisions.
Lead major negotiations, partnerships, and business expansion initiatives.
Supervise manufacturing efficiency, real estate development, construction execution, and import–export operations.
Build and lead senior management teams and promote a performance-driven culture.
Maintain strong relationships with investors, government authorities, and key partners.
Ensure corporate governance, risk management, and audit compliance.
Job Requirements
Education
Master’s degree in MBA, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in governance, project management, or international business are preferred.
Experience
15–20 years of senior leadership experience.
8–10 years in CEO, COO, or Managing Director roles.
Proven experience in manufacturing, construction/real estate, and international trade.
Skills and Competencies
Strong strategic, commercial, and financial leadership.
Expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and business development.
Solid understanding of construction, real estate, and supply chain operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Other Requirements
High ethical standards and strong governance focus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet aggressive growth targets.
