Job Summary
Walia Steel Industry is seeking a professional and organized Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director (MD). The role ensures smooth daily operations, effective communication, and well-organized scheduling.

Job Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
Handle phone calls, emails, and internal and external communications.
Organize travel arrangements and related logistics.
Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
Coordinate with departments to facilitate the MD’s directives.
Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas and minutes.

Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Experience
0–2 years of experience as a secretary or executive assistant.
Experience supporting senior management is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
