Job Summary

  • Perform, coordinate, and execute sales activities for assigned accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved while contributing to Etihad’s profitability objectives

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Accommodation within the assigned territory and near EY gateway city
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various departments
  • Relevant commercial and analytical work experience
  • Strong sales acumen, customer service excellence, and airline industry knowledge

Key Accountabilities

  • Define, agree, and execute sales activity plans to achieve assigned targets
  • Analyze market potential and convert opportunities into premium revenue
  • Collect and analyze market information to support regional business development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned and prospective accounts
  • Communicate regularly with clients about new products, services, and promotions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to major accounts for long-term business relationships
  • Research competitor and industry trends to increase Etihad’s market share
  • Collaborate with global sales enablement teams on effective sales promotions
