Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and manage overall branch operations in line with the Bank’s strategies and policies; ensure efficient delivery of banking services and achievement of business targets; oversee credit, deposit mobilization, customer service, and operational activities; manage and develop branch staff through effective supervision and performance management; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management standards; build and maintain strong relationships with customers, businesses, and the community.
Job Qualification
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Banking and Finance, or related fields; at least six years of relevant banking operations experience, of which a minimum of two years must be in a supervisory or leadership role; strong managerial, communication, and decision-making skills; proven ability to lead teams and drive branch performance.
