Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day hardware maintenance and technical support; install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices, and peripheral equipment; perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance; diagnose and resolve hardware faults efficiently; support system upgrades and equipment replacement; ensure proper documentation of hardware issues and solutions; comply with Bank IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
Job Qualification
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; a minimum of two years relevant work experience in hardware maintenance; strong troubleshooting skills; ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to technical issues; good communication and teamwork skills.
