Engineering & Technical
- Planning Engineer (5): BSc in Civil/Structural/Mechanical; 3–5 yrs airport exp; Primavera P6 proficiency.
- QA/QC Manager (4): BSc in Civil/Construction; 10+ yrs exp (5+ yrs in large projects).
- Test Engineer (300): BSc/MSc in Civil/Geotechnical; 3–5 yrs exp; proficiency in CBR, SPT, and concrete tests.
- Surveyor (200): Diploma/BSc in Surveying/Civil; 3+ yrs infrastructure exp; Total Station & GPS skills.
- Environmental Engineer (5): BSc in Environmental Engineering; entry-level (0 yrs) accepted with mandatory core knowledge.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Safety Manager (4): Bachelor’s degree; 15+ yrs safety exp (5+ yrs as Manager); lead audits and risk assessments.
- Safety Officer (10): Bachelor’s degree; 3+ yrs construction safety experience.
Administration, HR & Legal
(Proficiency in Afan Oromo is required/preferred for these roles)
- Project Admin Manager (3): 9+ yrs exp; Afan Oromo mandatory.
- Project HR Officer (10): BA in HR/Management; 1–2 yrs experience.
- Legal Advisor (8): LLB degree; 5+ yrs exp; valid advocacy license; Afan Oromo mandatory.
- Foreign Affairs Specialist (10): BA/BSc; 0–3 yrs exp in immigration/visa processes.
- Translator – Chinese (10): BA in Chinese/English; 2+ yrs exp; Afan Oromo mandatory.
- Assistant (10): BA/BSc; fluent in English/Afan Oromo; government liaison experience preferred.
Logistics & Heavy Equipment
- Operators (1,000+): Excavator, Bulldozer, Loader, Grader, Roller; 1–3 yrs exp; valid permits.
- Light Vehicle Drivers (200): Jeep/Pickup; 1–3 yrs exp; 3rd or 4th grade license.
- Truck Drivers (2,500): Dump, Refueling, Water trucks; 1–3 yrs exp; 4th grade+ license.
