Position: Logistics Officer – Program (Full Time)

Position Overview
The Logistics Officer – Program will be based in Addis Ababa and report directly to the Logistics Manager. The role involves providing operational logistics support to projects, event coordination, travel arrangements, and freight management, ensuring smooth implementation of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of project events.
- Manage travel logistics, including visas, tickets, and accommodations for staff and partners.
- Coordinate the import and transport of goods, ensuring compliance with customs procedures.
- Participate in drafting and managing framework contracts for logistics services.
- Prepare monthly logistics reports and contribute to donor reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with donors such as the EU or AFD is an asset.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Proficiency in standard office software tools.

- Type: One-year fixed-term contract (renewable based on performance and budget)
