The U.S. Mission in Addis Ababa is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative & Program Support Rover. This position provides administrative, data analysis/reporting, program/project coordination, and management support across various sections of the Mission. The Rover also performs cleared escort duties and assists with short-term assignments, staffing gaps, ad-hoc projects, and workload surges. The incumbent will report to the Post MGT/HRO/DHRO but will receive work guidance from the supervisor in the assigned section. This is a part-time position (32 hours per week).
Key Duties: Providing administrative and program support, assisting with ad-hoc projects and workload increases, performing cleared escort responsibilities, supporting management and coordination of post programs, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in office administration and management, completion of two years post-secondary education, and fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing). Applicants must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and computer literacy, ability to work with diverse backgrounds, excellent professional judgment, and strong written and verbal communication skills. All applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Preference is given in the following order: AEFM/USEFM who is a preference-eligible U.S. Veteran, AEFM/USEFM, FS on LWOP and CS with reemployment rights. Veteran applicants must submit supporting documentation (DD-214 or equivalent).
