Job Summary:
The Site Engineer will manage and oversee construction works for bridges, roads, and related structures. The role involves providing technical guidance, ensuring safety compliance, and monitoring progress to achieve timely and quality project completion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design structures such as bridges and related infrastructure.
- Develop structural models using CAD software.
- Analyze loads, pressures, and stresses caused by environmental or human factors.
- Ensure adherence to construction safety regulations.
- Select appropriate materials per structural specifications.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and monitor project progress.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical reports, drawings, and calculations.
- Provide expert advice on design and construction safety.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Manage contracts and evaluate construction quality and foundation conditions.
Job Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or COTM.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Structural or Site Engineer specializing in road and bridge construction.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and project supervision skills.
